A parent of a child swore at me today over the phone. Angry about the incident that happened last week. I'm not to blame, no one is to blame. I don't deserve to be sworn at over the phone. I got an apology through ET, who phoned her back in the afternoon, but I wonder if the parent actually apologised or not. Wouldn't be surprised if she hadn't. But oh well. Just a typical day.
