I heard some news about my brother today. Trust my dad for scaring the s*** out of me by saying "Have you heard about your brother?" Long pause. "No, what happened?" "He was in a bike accident." Long pause. "Is he OK?" "Yeah. Well, he fractured his finger, but he's OK." He couldn't tell me straight away he was OK could he? Ah well, at least he is okay.

Lastly, I'm going to try out this new diet I heard about, called the Atkins diet. It's basically restricting carbs, but you can eat anything else you like. However, it'll probably be quite hard for me to pull meals together until we go shopping as all we have are pasta, rice, bread, potatoes. We need to buy more fresh salad. Maintaining around 153-155 pounds lately. I'm aiming for 130. Anyway, more of that here.
