High and Low Lights.

The weekend's had some good parts to it and some bad parts.

Good parts... going out to London, and enjoying myself, and seeing Jonathan enjoying himself. Not throwing up. Having the chance to show off our repetoire for cooking with courgette and bacon soup, and chicken curry for Jonathan's parents.

Bad parts. Jonathan nearly throwing up on the train, Andy (one of Jonathan's friends) throwing up on the train without realising and then having to sit in a taxi with him and his sick-stained coat, hearing news that Anne has taken a turn for the worse, her breathing has slowed down somewhat, and it is possible she won't last through the night.

It's very depressing, especially since I know she won't get to see the finished cross-stitch I am making for her. And it's so close to Jonathan's birthday too. I fear there won't be a lot to celebrate come Tuesday. Here's hoping, and praying, that we can say goodbye to her before she passes on.

On other news, it's Leslie's birthday today, so please go and leave her some birthday greetings!
