Looking in the jobs folder at work...

There's a job (well, four actually) for part time Learning Support Assistants in the school 5 minutes down the road from me. (As opposed to 45 minutes, like my current place of employment)

I phoned up and left a message. I'm very interested, especially since everything's going pear-shaped at work.

It's the last week of term next week. First two days will be OK (although working like trogans to get all the cards and calendars done), then it's the christmas play on Wed, then the Christmas entertainer on Thurs, and then party food and Santa on Friday. Although Santa might come a day early on Thurs.

And of course there is the problem that we have hardly got any presents yet, or sent our cards (will probably do that this weekend).

So yes, a hectic couple of weeks for the two of us...
