Well, Jonathan and I have been together two years today. We're going to a lovely restaurant tonight for a meal, and get all dressed up, which will be lovely. I went there with the people in nursery for the Christmas meal, and the food was fantastic. Even though the soup looked a little like swampweed, it tasted divine, and the main course was lovely! And of course on Sunday there's the balloon flight, which I'm looking forward to. Jonathan will take his camera, so pretty soon there'll be lots of photographs of English scenery from the sky!
I was absolutely knackered today, it was cooking, and lots of children came up to me and all tried speaking at once to come and do something, and I've only got so many hands, and with only two slices of toast being done at a time... I felt like I was going spare! I was very glad when it was time to tidy up.
One of the new children in my group is actually the younger sister of a girl that left my group in January to go to Reception. I thought I recognised her mum, but I couldn't place her. And of course, when the little girl came out of her shell, she sounds so much like her little sister, and yes, they do look alike.
So hopefully tomorrow will be a bit better with all the new children in the process of settling in. Anyway, I'm in serious need of some relaxation. :-) Tonight will hopefully be lovely!
That's it really.... hope you have a lovely day!!!
